What happens after 30 days?
We'll message you a week before. If you stay, your first invoice comes the day after the free period, then monthly. No card needed to start.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time before the end of a month. Annual plans run to the end of the prepaid year. You can always download your records.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. On Solo, Growing and Business you pay a flat monthly price. On Marketplace we invoice 8% of bookings PortPass brought you, once a month. We never deduct it from your customers' payments.
When does a booking count as brought by PortPass?
On Marketplace, a booking counts as brought by PortPass when the request came through your PortPass page or a PortPass link; we invoice it monthly, never from money held.
Do I need to set it up myself?
No. Send us your prices and photos on WhatsApp and we'll build your page.
Can customers pay by card?
Coming soon, through a licensed payment partner. We'll publish the card fees here before it launches. Cash and bank transfer are tracked today.
Is VAT included?
